This interactive session explores a unique approach to Coping with Stress. Learn how to integrate and individualize your approach to coping with personal and professional stress and find greater satisfaction in life.

Outline
- Participants will be provided insight into how stress in one area of life impacts other
areas. The four interconnected areas of life are Personal, Work, Couple and Family.
- Examines how coping resources in one area can be used to decrease stress in
another and shows the relationship between stress, coping resources and overall
life satisfaction.
- The four key relationship coping resources are Problem Solving, Communication,
Closeness and Flexibility.
Activities Include
- Completion of the Coping & Stress Profile, a confidential, self-directed scoring and
interpreting process that actively engages learners based on personal experience.
- Discover your individual stress issues in all areas of life.
- Capitalize on your coping strengths to manage stress.
- Learn to minimize or eliminate common daily stressors.
- Identify areas for coping skills improvement.
- Improve problem solving skills to create breakthrough solutions.
- Communicate more effectively and objectively.
- Build mutual support and trust through closer relationships.
- Develop flexibility in responding to change.
- Gain greater life satisfaction and enhanced professional performance.
