Overview
This interactive session offers participants an opportunity to identify their habits which lead to Time Management concerns.  We all face a daily dilemma: shorter deadlines, competing priorities, endless meetings, interruptions and ever higher quality expectations are just some of today’s time challenges.  And yet, the number of hours in the day remains the same.  Time Management is really self-management.

Activities Include
- Completion of the Time Mastery Profile, an individualized, self-administered
  instrument that assess your personal Time Management strengths and challenges.

- Participants will explore and identify their Time Management behaviors and discover
  and capitalize on Time Management skills by becoming a Time Master.

Time Management is not just a single issue; it is multi-dimensional. The profile reflects twelve ways you can accomplish more and enjoy work and life everyday:

- Develop your “Can Do” attitude

- Clearly establish goals

- Know what to do by prioritizing

- Analyze your time use

- Master planning for effectiveness

- Know when to do things by scheduling

- Control interruptions

- Improve meeting effectiveness

- Master paperwork

- Increase delegation strategies

- Conquer procrastination

- Develop time teamwork

Research evidence supports the conclusion that the most effective people are those who know themselves, recognize the demands of the situation, and adapt strategies to meet those needs.
